The King angrily responded to them by binding them up and casting them into a burning a fiery furnace.
Some of you, just like the three Hebrew boys, have stood firm and maintained your stance against the devil and his acts of intimidation. You have trusted God and His ability to save and deliver! You have faith in the Lord, you have prayed, You have fasted. However, it seems like because of this stance, the situation is getting worse!
But glory be to God! The same way the Son of Man (Jesus)shows up for Shadrach Meshach, and Abednego is the same way that Jesus is going to show up for us!
And the same one that was responsible for causing them to be bound and imprisoned, was the same one that was forced to release them from that state!
And like Nebuchadnezzar, once the enemy and your situation sees The Son of Man (Jesus) thats walks with you: It will reverse what it did to you and release you!
While you may be in your “furnace season “, know that Jesus is walking with you in the furnace! Your situation is about to respond to your Jesus by reversing its effects!
Refer to the image below this text.Take a sheet of paper and make a chart of those things that seem worse because of your stance! Those of you that are waiting and standing still in anticipation of the salvation of the Lord, write down those situations, those issues, and those problems! Be encouraged!
Do not be weary in well doing you are about to reap! Don’t faint from the heat of the furnace! If you haven’t noticed, you are still alive and walking because of The One that walks with you! When it sees Jesus, it’s going to be reversed!
IT IS REVERSED IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

View MoreThis week has been a challenge in me to see memories pop up on another social site because they make me wonder. Within the last 12 years, I have been a caregiver for an elderly mother, and when she left our home, I had to leave it due to the financial terms of it. It was sold. Placed things in storage and had to go to a motel for a few weeks. Those few weeks lasted a year and a half. Eating junk food, driving for Uber, no chance for ministry, just survival. I thought the payments were being made on our storage room, but they were not. We lost everything. I finally bought a camper, and at least it was mine and private. It was 25 feet long and my son and our dog moved there and stayed for two years. It was coved in mold I was to find out. Then open heart surgery, a long recovery, with 12 operations, I had a long road ahead of me. Still on it. Last year at this time a friend was selling his house. I, knowing I could not afford it called anyway and he agreed to a lease-purchase. I was literally jumping up and down with joy at the thoughts of moving out of the camper into a beautiful "God-given" home. Complete with everything we had previously lost and then some. He said, "it's all yours! do with it what you want!". Then I wonder what or if I did anything wrong. Did I not preach enough, did I not help enough, what did I do wrong to cause what I am facing to be taking place? Those thoughts are keeping me awake at night, and at times when I pray, I don't know what to say. But that's ok. God hears even my silent prayers.
I had settled into this being my last move. My place to get it together again and move forward in life. Not to be. You see the owner is moving back in the house. Makes one think. Was this not the miracle that I had proclaimed? No, it was a miracle and we walked in it. Had we stayed in that camper, I don't think I personally would have survived because of the mold that was in it. This house has seen me through three more surgical procedures, allowed me stairs to walk up and down. I rejoiced in it! Each day, even now I walk through it and say "Thank you Lord for our home!". Now I just add, "where ever it may be". I don't know where that home will be. I have had ideas, seeking places, getting on a waiting list, rejected either because of credit or having a pet. I have 30 days left here. Money is very tight as we did not prepare for a move. Yall pray with me that an affordable place will be found and we can start again.

View MoreIf I were to stand before a judge tomorrow and be sentenced to spend the rest of my life in prison with rapists, murderers, drug dealers, and even some truly innocent people wrongfully accused and convicted, would you as my friend stand before the judge with me and petition him to give you the same sentence he is giving me? Even though you had no reason to be there? Of course not! You may have thought of me to be the greatest person ever and surely it would not be that bad if I were there, but you would be wrong. You would no longer be able to dine out, or go visit favorite places. We would be confined to a tight area with the wretched.
But, you always followed me where ever I went. The moon and sun rose around me, or so you thought. Yet, you would not want to be in that same place? No.
There are a lot of innocent people in prisons. People that do not "deserve" to be there, but just one tiny word in the law, an if and or however, caused me them to go.
The same thing about hell. There are a lot of innocent people there. People that according to our eyes, do not deserve to spend eternity there, but they will. You can have a good heart. A good mind. Never do anything wrong yet still wind up in hell. Why? You never had that personal one on one relationship with your savior.
I have attended literally hundreds of funerals and never once have I heard of any of those eulogized being placed in any other place than heaven. "Heaven is better off today because of,..." or "they were welcomed with opened arms as they left this life,....".
This year alone we have seen some "good" people be taken from this life to the next. Our opinion of them does not guarantee them a place in heaven. The only thing that matters, is God's opinion of you when it's your time to cross over. You either know him personally with your life as complete evidence with no gray areas. No "he understands my heart" no "just this once"...
Surely if the people we know that we thought made it to heaven and really didn't could speak to us today, they would yell out, NO! I was wrong! Don't make the same mistake!
Father, forgive me of my sins. Forgive me of my shortcomings. Walk with me, live in my heart and life that I may serve you. Teach me your ways that I may be used to teach others and stand before you without blemish when my time comes. In Jesus Name.

View MoreOne term that causes me concern each time I hear it is "toxic people". Though the first use of the word "toxic" was in the 1600's it was never intended to be used as a description of individual people. As an adjective it means poisonous as in "the dumping of toxic waste" As a noun, it means "poisonous substances". In the 1980's we started using the terms toxic relationships, and toxic people in describing people that are viewed as bringing negativity into their lives with non similar thought.
In the year 2021 let's use the term toxic people a lot less. No one is "toxic" unless you allow them to be. Most of the time, they just need a boost, and some may need a kick start to overcome what we see as "toxic". By eleminating them from your life, you admit your weakness in faith and strength and the ability given to you by God to make a change in a person's life.
What about a marriage that is seen as "toxic" in the eyes of one, and the thoughts of that marrige shared among individuals sharing with one another those thoughts? Well... first, it's gossip! The marrige was one entered into in love and admiration. Or it should have been. One person can not be blamed for a failed marrige. I speak from experience on that one!
As I have said before, a car will not start with out both the positive and negative being connected to the battery. It takes both to bring to life the engine and move you forward. If you find you are around someone who is "toxic" in your thoughts, stop them right there and pray. FIRST, pray for yourself in the failure of faith and understanding that people hurt and then pray for them that the hurt in their life be healed. Encourage them to move forward and do so positively instead of casting them off as a lost cause. We can either build up or tear down in our words and actions. Make 2021 a year of building!

The left ventricle of my heart exploded....I was dead. Great doctors and a lot of prayer warriors gathered and God moved greatly. I spent 10 days on life support. I left the hospital 45 lbs lighter... a whole lot slower and the brain is still not doing the right things... But, through it all.... God allowed me a glimpse of things that were so beautiful.... This week I went back to work (so to speak) as I own a life streaming business for churches and an internet tv station.....feels good to be back. Just wish I knew what I was doing!!! Ya'll pray for me (yes, from the south). Having hard times sleeping with pains in my shoulders and neck...Have a blessed night.
