When I first read this verse I was a 19 year old new believer in Jesus Christ. I was sitting at a Bible study and an older Christian leaned over and whispered in my ear “Isaiah 26:3”. He said “the Lord put this verse on my heart for you.” Little did he know at that time, that verse would stick with me throughout my life.
If we keep our minds and hearts focused on God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, God‘s perfect peace will flood our hearts and give us His rest. Rest in him today! God is still in control!
