What would you do if I were to tell you that there is someone so perverted, so sick, so disgusting, so vindictive, so vial and so obsessed with your children that they will do anything in their power destroy their innocence, ruin their lives, rob them of the knowledge of God, and murder them both spiritually and physically. This person is not found on any post office bulletin boards. The police are not putting an A.P.B. out on him. There are no alerts saying that he has moved into your neighborhood. He is not registered with any child protective service group as a pedophile or anything like that. However; he is registered in the Bible in (1 Peter 5:8 ) as your adversary, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour. His attacks are so insidious and heinous, so meticulously calculated that he often has already crept in unaware and captured your children right before your very eyes. He wants to keep them from the knowledge of God and God’s promises, and he will use anything within his power, every trick in his book, to do so.

He is crafty, subtle, cunning, convincing, devious, devastating, and ruthless. He is a master of deception, the father of all lies, the fallen one, and he wants your children.

There are many voices crying out to our children—on TV and social media, at school, from their friends—and those voices are not always easy to resist. The only way you can teach your children to follow God’s ways when it seems everyone around them is doing the opposite is if you are unequivocal and unyielding in your commitment to follow God. The devil is unflinching in his determination to teach your children his lies, and you have to be just as steadfast in your stand for Christ. You have to be tough.

Folks may not be serious about teaching kids about Jesus, but the devil is serious  about destroying them. It is not a game. Christian children and teenagers populating our schools, attending our churches, and living in our homes are the targets of Satan's strategy.

Many Christian young people hear voices as if a subconscious self is talking to them. Satan seeks to destroy our families and churches by seducing our children away from their parents and from God (1 Timothy 4:1).

Is every evil thought in our mind the 'voice' of Satan or a demon? No, the flesh - that part of our brain that urges us to operate independently of God and to center our interests on ourselves - also introduces sinful thoughts and suggests evil deeds. Furthermore, input from worldly movies, music, books, TV, etc. also introduces evil ideas into our minds. As we grow in Christ, we learn to say no to the deeds of the flesh and walk in the Spirit.

But the world and the flesh are not the only culprits, even though we tend to place most of the blame on them. The devil and spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12) are shrewdly at work, introducing evil suggestions as thoughts or inner voices. Just as we learn to deal with worldly and fleshly influences, we must learn to distinguish Satan's subtle, personal influence and resist him, and we must teach our children to do the same. Whether your child's evil thoughts are coming from the world, the flesh, or the devil, you need to help him bring 'every thought captive to the obedience of Christ' (2 Corinthians 10:5).

Our children aren't saying much about Satan's seduction in their lives because most of them don't know that he's at the heart of it. Satan is the great deceiver. He doesn't march into their lives accompanied by a brass band. He worms his way through the opportunities they give him. And since kids haven't been taught what the Bible says about Satan's strategies, they blame themselves, and their sense of guilt and fear of punishment further contributes to their silence.

What are you going to do to protect those children of yours?
I recommend praying for your child’s protection against the spiritual forces of evil in your daily prayers. Pray in the name of Jesus that he and his angels would defend your child. Ask him to banish the forces of darkness, waging spiritual war on behalf of those you love.
