I primarily use the KJV to Preach from and to study with (Thompson Chain Reference), but going through Biblegateway.com, I will use other versions as well. (NASB, CSB, Amplified Bible, The Living Bible). The KJV has verses in it that have been omitted/left out of others versions.

KJV is a good translation but its language is mostly out dated so it is hard to understand the meaning.

KJV is the first Bible I read and I got a lot out of it, but I was blown away by how much more complete the instruction was when I read the NASB version. I think everyone should consider more than one translation.

Mike Murphy I've really been enjoying the NLT study Bible recently.
