It wasn't tell I got older that I learned what I was saved from. Most of us can relate to the Parable of the Prodigal Son. We leave home, tired of our family's teachings only to discover that our family was keeping us safe. Some of us are lucky and come home quickly, and some of us stay away in fear of being judged. Only to walk through Hell on Earth before we turn tail and return into our fathers loving arms.

I've always joked around that I graduated valedictorian of the school of hard knocks. Comparing myself to others as the unlucky one. I hated struggling through life, but I grew accustomed to it. I grew to accept the discomforts in life. Once I returned back to my father I began to realize more and more that he didn't want me to struggle. I realized that I had a Big God and little problems, not Big Problems and a little god.

Everyday I grow closer to God, somedays a little more and somedays a little less, but everyday I draw nearer and nearer to him.

Today, I'm a Multimedia Director for a church. In the future I might be a Decon as well. One day, I will be an Evangelist, but everyday I'm a Blood Bought Child of God.

You can be too! You can give your struggles to God and watch him turn your mountains into mole hills. You can find a way where there seems to be no way. If you want freedom, if you want the Saviors help. You have to realize that Jesus Christ went to the cross and shed his blood for you, just like he did for me. He sacrificed his life so that you don't have to sacrifice animals at the alter. One final sacrifice, the great veil separating Man and God was torn at the moment of Jesus's death. Now all you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins, and that he has Forgiven you. Google... John 3:16-17...Now I should tell you that Satan isn't afraid of you, he's been dealing with christians for thousands of years. He's not afraid of you, he's afraid of what you'll do...The people you'll tell your testimony too. The lives you'll change and bring under the protective love of Jesus Christ!
